Getinge Ultrasonic Cleaners

How it works

When introduced into a specially formulated cleaning solution, the sound creates millions of microscopic bubbles, which rapidly expand and collapse (cavitation), particularly on the surfaces of the parts being cleaned. The implosions act like millions of high-speed miniature scrub brushes, driving cleaning solution into the submerged parts, quickly and thoroughly blasting away residues and accumulations. Complex parts can thus be cleaned with little or no disassembly because cavitation penetrates wherever solution is in contact with a surface. The tank is made of solid stainless steel.
