Getinge's comprehensive range of hygienically designed trays and baskets forms an essential part of Getinge’s complete disinfection and sterilization systems. Easy to handle, easy to clean, and perfectly adapted to the demands of modern hospitals and laboratories. Like most of our accessories, they are designed for flexibility. This means that our trays and baskets fit many different sterilizers, washer-disinfectors, trolleys etc.

The Swedish Healthcare Planning and Efficiency Institute This Swedish healthcare standard was established in the 1960s. SPRI baskets exist in two sizes, high and low. The former is 585x395x195 mm (LxWxH) and the latter 585x395x100 mm. These dimensions are close to the ones specified by the ISO standard (see below), but products such as wire baskets from the two standards do not fit together. |

Deutsche Industri Norm In the common European Standards for small and large sterilizers or washer-disinfectors, capacity is expressed in terms of the number of sterilizing units (STU) the sterilizer or washer-disinfector can hold. STU dimensions are specified as a maximum of 600x300x300 mm (LxWxH), which covers the sizes in the widely accepted German standard DIN. The full (1/1) DIN module is 575x280x265 mm (LxWxH), and the 1/2 module is 575x280x135 mm. |

International Standardization Organization The ISO standard also defines goods carriers used for distribution of sterile supply. In this standard, the sizes are 600x400x200 mm (LxWxH) and 600x400x100mm. This is the equivalent of 1/4 of the standard European pallet size 1200x800 mm. |
