Welch Allyn Defibrillator AED10
The Welch Allyn AED-10 is one of the most compact defibrillator of its kind with three optional use buttons. Although the audible instructions are in Dutch from this device, the display can be read easily both in the sun and dark surroundings.
Use is made lithium battery, which is not of the chargeable type; this battery does not require service and its use is normally for 5 years (in the standby condition); it may be used for say up to 90 discharges without replacement.
the set coming with the apparatus is enclosed in a pouch which contains furthermore 1 set of debibrillator pads with a battery condition indicator.
The AED-10 begins by analysis and if required a shock of 200 Joules is applied and subsequent to another analysis followed by 300 Joules. When a heart massage is required, the AED tone guides through the procedure.
